I know this is a bit overdue, but I got busy after I got back from Los Angeles. To start off the recap, here’s one of many Mudkips Venus had been bombarded with ;)

Packing up for Anime Expo right now! Last year was my first year attending (where I only spent one day at the convention, haha). I didn’t think I’d fall through with a joint idea of actually participating in Artist Alley this year *_*; Hopefully all will be well with my experience there. We’ll see what happens.
Here’s another map of where table E18 will be. Find me, Venus, and r3nka there!
I’ll also be attending the Indecent Otaku Comedy Show and the Danny Choo x Fakku LA CGM Night. I’m not too sure if I’m going to any other panels, but if you have Twitter, you can follow me there.
I’ll be heading out to Los Angeles for Day 0 tomorrow afternoon. July hasn’t even begun and I can tell it’s already going to be a hectic month! Anime Expo this weekend, starting my new job after I get back from AX, and then SDCC a couple of weeks later. Yay, July!
This post’ll be another art dump, so follow the jump to see some upcoming prints for AX.

Since Venus already made an image with our table number, I’ll just repost it here. E18: VISIT US. We’re out in the boonies, but we’re near the restrooms! That’s always a good thing, amirite :P
Anyway, I figured I’ll finally put up some upcoming prints (a.k.a. things I didn’t get to work on all summer until now).

Wednesday was my last day of classes of my college career. It’s strange: part of me is really excited to be ready and out of college, but another part of me is extremely anxious and nervous. I’ve been wavering over the two in the past couple of weeks, especially within the last three weeks finishing up my final projects of the semester. I honestly don’t know how to feel.
It’s strange hearing all of these “Congratulations!” and “Hooray! You’re graduating!” shpeals from everyone. I guess it hasn’t hit me yet since I have to prepare for 4 more finals, but I have a feeling once commencement hits, I’m going to start breaking down. Once I realize I have nothing to study and cram for, I’m going to go nuts.
My college career has been nothing but memorable. I’m thankful for all the relationships and connections I’ve made throughout it. I’m thankful for everyone I’ve met whether it be through student organizations, work, classes, or just through mutual friends, especially those I’ve gotten close with and those I don’t hang out as much with but still keep in contact with. I’m thankful for my family for sticking by me even when I suddenly decided to double major. Heck, I’m thankful for pretty much everything.
I shouldn’t speculate on what’ll happen to me, though. There’s no use in doing that. I’ll take on commencement head on and see what happens from there. In the meantime, I’ll go ahead and stock up on some alumni gear.

First things first: I’m broke. No lie.
Bills, outstanding balances, daily incurring costs, I can’t avoid it. Plus, both of my jobs are terminating right before finals and until I can find another job with pay, I have no source of income.
Second: I missed the cutoff for the $65 fee for AX and now have to pay $75 for a full 4-day pass. I still have to pay up for Artist Alley and still have to make room for printing, transportation, and other miscellaneous costs. Ugh.
With that said, I’ll be offering commissions. CG’ed fullbody chibis, 300 dpi, ~3″x5″. $10 a piece. Fanart and original characters are welcome. Payment accepted only via Paypal. I’ll have 5 slots open at a time.
Getting the word out about this would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Spread this to your friends! I rarely open up for commissions, but I really need to raise funds…
