…Geez, where do I even begin?!
I’ll start off with the PVC figures. All 4 of these figures totaled to a whopping $65! Yes, $65. The Sega Aphrodite ver. 2 Rei and Asuka were $20 altogether and the Kaiyodo Parfait was $10. $10! I was at Organic’s booth and they were running out of Parfaits really quick. I also snagged Kaiyodo SFA3 Cammy for $35, even though she retails at $80. One booth had her at $80, but I found a vendor that I frequent every year selling her for $35. Her regular color was $45…wth. Why couldn’t they be the same price?

Went to my usual gashapon vendor and got 5 little figures for $15. Here’s Athena Asamiya from King of Fighters and Anna from Tekken. Anna’s in some weird funky pose but Athena’s adorable as always.
Louise Halevy and Christina Sierra from Gundam 00 S1. Oh Christina. How I wish you stayed with the Ptolemaios for both seasons. I wish the place had all of the set; wanted to snag Sumeragi and Wang Liu Min too.
Tron Bonne of Megaman. She was a pain to set up and she keeps falling off her seat, but she’s still cute! Now all she needs is an army of Servbots.
I actually didn’t buy this; rather, Melvin bought this for me. Silver Surfer Mighty Mugg! My first Mighty Mugg, too. Thanks, Melvin! I have something to remember you by, haha. What a memento.
Some goodies from JBox‘s $25 grab bag: an old issue of Newtype featuring Gundam SEED, an Evangelion voice…thingy (they’re talking something about AT fields; not too sure what the actual quotes are, but it’s cool ), a Macross trading figure of Minmay which I haven’t displayed and assembled yet; it’ll go next to my other Minmay, a Star Trek toy thing that I haven’t opened yet, and a Super Mario magnet that I didn’t display here. Why? It’s already on the refridgerator, lol.
Lester and I now have matching Poketo wallets! The booth was selling them for $15. Please check them out: they have some amazing artist wallets, including Cupco (like the one I have) and Devilrobots. Also, I couldn’t help but get more Oryzaes Thank you Giant Robot for having Moyashimon merchandise.

And now…freebies! Lots and lots and lots of freebies. I don’t even know where to begin with this! I got a lot of samplers and catalogs this year. Oh, and I managed to snag two 48-hour free XBOX Live Gold trials. If anyone wants them, let me know. I don’t have an XBOX, so it’s useless to me 
Got these on Sunday: a full set of collectible cards from the upcoming Tim Burton movie 9. Anybody excited for this movie?
Even more freebies here. Some notable ones: a Tatsunoko vs. Capcom towel from demoing TvC, a Jedi shirt from Star Wars: The Old Republic for sticking my hand out for a shirt , and a Dissidia fan for signing up for Square Enix Members. There are some little trinkets here and there like some buttons, tattoos, and keychains. One keychain is a bottle opener from Inglorious Bastards that’s also a baseball bat
Here’s a gigantic Halo Legends poster promoting the new anime for the popular game. I’ve never played Halo, myself D: But I’ll give the anime a try! The fact that Production I.G. is doing it intrigues me.

Getting this poster was an adventure all in its own. Summit Entertainment was always packed! I’m actually going to give Twilight a try My sister lent me her copy, so I’m bound to read it. Oh man.
The Pokemon booth is still in full force! I never played the TCG, but I used to collect the cards! I kind of miss my Japanese TCG cards, though. I had a good number of Team Rocket cards, including an evil Charizard.

looks likes good loot this year ^^those eva greek goddess like figurines are really pretty and you got them at a good price too ^^HALO anime? wowI recently watched both seasons of Vampire Knight and I dont know if I can recommend it as the concept was kewl at first, its super angsty and i wished there were more battles, maybe the manga fairs better?after being disappointed in vampire knight and kuroshitsuji, i started watching pandora hearts and have really been into that recently^^ it uses a lot of allusions to alice in wonderland, good story pacing, yuki kajiura soundtrack, and i like the characters alot so id recommend that =p
ORYZAE HELL YEAH XDI always looked forward to Microbe Theater at the end of Moyashimon. Who knew microbes would be hilarious?

@Lene-chan: Whoa, eye-popping haul! Though that “Halo Legends” monster-thing looked kinda corny, hehe… As for “Vampire Knight”, “Vampire Knight – Guilty” and “Kuroshitsuji”, I gave all three of them 3-of-5 stars. Here’s my speed-review of “Guilty”: Ehh, not bad, but kinda slow-moving in its over-dramatized soap-opera introspection amongst all the characters, both vampire and human. Yeah, “Kuroshitsuhi” = “Black Butler”. Basically, felt like a recycled and watered-down cocktail of other more-impressive demon or vampire titles. Funny since I just speed-reviewed it in my Blog 212, lol. Then again, if you love the bishonen style, forget what I said! ^_~.-= xJAYMANx´s last blog ..Blog 212 > Clubbers, Sisters & Butlers =-.

I wish Moyashimon had more popularity. It’s really hard to find decent merchandise of it at conventions.This time, I’m actually really happy about spending XD; I got a lot of good deals this year; I don’t think I’ll ever run into those kinds of deals for a good while. Gotta take advantage of them while you can!
@Lene-chan: Sure! Ahh, “Vampire Hunter D” was one of the better ones. I liked the “Bloodlust” sequel better than the old-school original, lol. But yeah, two Vampire titles come to mind in the 4-star or 5-star range.First, the decent original “Hellsing” series, followed by its more-faithful and searing re-interpretation “Hellsing – Ultimate” (5+ episodes so far, ongoing). Second, the original “Blood – The Last Vampire” short anime film is powerful. Which eventually, years later, spawned the even-more-amazing “Blood+” series. Can’t think of any others right now.
