Found this gem while I was cleaning up. Hiding Inside the Horrible Weather by My American Heart is an awesome find for this week’s #ThrowbackThursday. 

My American Heart evolved from local garage band to major headliners. The band released Hiding Inside the Horrible Weather in 2007 during a period of constant exposure.

Hiding Inside the Horrible Weather reflects the growing pains of being on the road for months at a time. The young band adjusting to constant touring and newfound popularity convey the side music of that is rarely seen.

The album itself is a good balance of speed, sound and tone. Tracks like Boys! Grab Your Guns and The Innocent Letter fire you up with great pace. Tired and Uninspired tells of a need to find yourself again. Fantasy describes a journey that is as nerve-wracking as it is exciting.
